In compliance with the provisions of current data protection legislation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 April, General Data Protection -RGPD- and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee -LOPDGDD-), EUROPASTRY, S.A., with registered office in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Pza. Xavier Cugat 2, Edificio C, Planta 4 en Parc Sant Cugat Nord (“EUROPASTRY”), hereby informs you that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this regulation:
Controller
The personal data that you provide us with or that EUROPASTRY accesses as a result of your browsing, consultation and/or requests through the web page www.europastry.com (the “Web”) will be processed by EUROPASTRY, S.A. as the Controller.
EUROPASTRY, S.A. has appointed a Data protection Officer (DPO) whom you can contact at delegadoprotecciondatos@europastry.com
Purpose
The processing of your personal data can have different purposes depending on the section of the web that you fill in or the request that you make:
- Contact form: we will process your data in order to manage your requests for information.
- Personnel selection form: the purpose is to manage the selection processes in which you voluntarily participate.
- Customers and suppliers: if you contact us through our website on the occasion of your commercial and/or professional relationship with us, we will process your data within the framework of the commercial relationship that unites us and with the aim of managing it and attending to your requests.
- Newsletters: if you accept the sending of commercial communications, we will manage your data to send you information about our products that may be of interest to you.
- Other: any data that you provide to Europastry will be processed for the purpose of managing your enquiry or attending to your request in each case.
Legitimation
Generally speaking, we base the processing of your data on your consent. If you are a customer or supplier, we base the processing on the execution of the contract that binds us and in the case of personnel selection, in addition to your consent, we will need certain data in order to be able to manage the pre-contractual working relationship with you.
Your acceptance to be sent commercial information is always revocable, without retroactive effect, being necessary to the effect that we communicate by email contact@europastry.com. In any case, in each communication you will be offered the possibility of opposing the sending of commercial communications.
Categories of data
In each case we collect the minimum essential data necessary to fulfill the indicated purpose; these will be basically contact data and in the case of personnel selection the CV and those data essential to evaluate the candidacy:
- Identifying data such as name and surname, DNI, date of birth.
- Contact data: address, telephone, email and contact addresses and emails in case of emergency.
- Information on professional profile: degree, professional qualification and CV you have provided us with.
- Any other information that is relevant to the position to which the candidate aspires.
Recipients and retention periods
The personal data provided, in general, will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, although they could be transferred to other companies of the EUROPASTRY Group for the same purposes referred to above if the query is addressed to another company of the group or to another brand.
In the event that personal data is communicated or transferred to other third parties or to other companies in the group, EUROPASTRY shall obtain the prior consent of the user in accordance with the requirements laid down in the legislation in force, which may be revoked at any time.
We will keep your data as long as necessary to comply with your request and in any case not beyond the time strictly necessary for compliance with legal, tax or administrative obligations to which the company is obliged.
In the case of CVs that you provide in a selection process, we will not keep them for more than two years.
Data security
EUROPASTRY has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures that guarantee the security of the user’s personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing and/or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they arise from human action or from the physical or natural environment, all in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
User rights
It will be necessary that in the contact forms of the Web, the user fills in the fields marked as “obligatory”. Failure to fill in or partially fill in the required personal data could result in EUROPASTRY not being able to attend to your request and, consequently, EUROPASTRY will be exonerated of all responsibility.
In any case, the user will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and EUROPASTRY reserves the right to exclude from the Website and the services requested any user who has provided false and/or incorrect data, without prejudice to any other legally appropriate actions.
The user may at any time exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition to the processing of personal data, as well as the rights of portability and limitation, and contact the Data Protection Officer at the registered office of EUROPASTRY under the terms established in current legislation. Finally, and in compliance with the provisions of the RGPD, we inform you of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency www.agpd.es in the event that you consider that we have not adequately guaranteed your rights.
